ABOUT THE ROLEEngineer Level 3: An independent designer with functional knowledge and experience in designing small- and large-scale solar PV/BESS power systems ranging from 1 to 500+ MW interconnected at low- to medium-voltage levels. Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications. Receives instructions on specific assignments, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.Education: Electrical Engineering or similar Bachelor of Science degree required. Licensure/Certifications: Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT)Experience: 4-6 years working for an electrical design firm or design build electrical contractor.
