ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructedin accordance withdesign specifications, budget and Includes interfacing with client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, etc.

• Conduct pre-construction andpost-construction

• Complete job cost breakdowns and schedule of values.

• Review and approve all projects.

• Schedule and coordinate the completion of submittal data, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawingsin accordance withthe construction.

• Supervisetradeemployees and/or other subcontractors asrequired

• Provide technicalassistance, ie.,engineering, interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methods and equipment, etc.

• Initiate andmaintainextra work estimating and issuance of change.

• Conduct on site visits/inspections asrequiredtoascertainproductivity of trades, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance.

• Act as a liaison between trades and other departments.

• Provide field employees with the necessary support to allow the project to be completed.

• Distribute, follow up, and respond in writing to all punch list itemsin a timely manner

• Provide project status reports during weekly staff meetings.

• Attend weekly project management meetings and provide project status on those items directly related to the job.

• Monitor project costs and forecast future project costs.

• Performadditionalassignments per Senior Project Manager's direction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of eight (8) years construction management, estimating, and/or trade supervision experience in similar construction setting.

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction includingtechnology;equipment;methods;engineering;estimating;schedules and safetyrequired

• Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills area must

• This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to25pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performedin accordance withOSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.
