Our client, Ireland’s leading civils contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Based across the Kildare and Dublin region, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering key Electrical projects. This is a permanent opportunity, offering an excellent remuneration package and a market-leading benefits package. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing electrical works within civil infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the delivery of electrical elements across multiple projects.
2. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
3. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for electrical works.
4. Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
5. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
6. Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
7. Identify and resolve project risks and issues related to electrical systems.
8. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
9. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, ideally within civils or utilities.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety regulations.
4. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Kildare and Dublin as required.
