Electrical Project Manager
Salary Range:
- $5,000–$8,000 per month
Benefits:
- 0–20% performance-related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- 5.5 working days per week
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Oversee all construction activities on site, including managing any changes to works and verifying that drawings can be effectively implemented.
- Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete specific projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented and communicated.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the project, attending meetings at the site, with clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.
- Responsible for site supervision and the implementation of project plans.
- Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
- Lead and manage a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the overall project schedule.
- Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager in an electrical construction environment.
- Experience working with electrical sub-contractors is preferred.
