Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned electrical projects from commencement to completion in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations. This includes managing, planning, coordinating, organizing, budgeting, and overseeing the implementation of electric installations for the Construction Division. The primary focus of the Project Manager is to keep the project within budget and on schedule.

Type: Full time M-F 7a-5p

Location: Easton, MA area and surrounding counties

Pay: $100-125K + Excellent Benefits

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Current and valid Driver's License in good standing
  • Ability to pass a Background and Drug Screen.
  • OSHA 10
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of proven experience as an Electrical PM or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with owners, subs, and vendors to keep project on schedule
  • Work closely and collaborates with the V.P. of Project Management, Outside Field Superintendent and Foreman to ensure all electrical work is installed and completed properly in accordance with the contract for project.
  • Provide decisive, focused leadership and project management within the Construction Division and serves as primary contact for the assigned project.
  • Handle any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise on a project.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and upload into inter and external systems.
  • Assist with customer with communication and interactions.
  • Responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing letters, scopes of work, invoices and work orders, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and researching information as required.
  • Prepare job start-up and close out checklist.
  • Assist with Procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
  • Presents a professional positive image of the Company to employees, customers, industry and community.
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

  • Highly organized and ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
  • Integrity, honesty and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and well under pressure to manage projects concurrently while exercising good judgement and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, negotiation and documentation skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other trade related software including use of everyday office equipment.
