Technical Responsibilities

Direct reporting to a Project Director.

Active involvement in on-site and office meetings.

Proficient supervision of Electrical Site Managers.

Thorough project management from initiation to completion, emphasizing on-time delivery.

Technical coordination with sub-contractors.

Diligent client reporting, with a focus on providing detailed progress updates.

Proven expertise in design review and adeptness in resolving pre-installation queries with the site team.

Requirements

SMSTS / ECS Black Card.

Background in M&E sub-contractor work.

Demonstrable experience in commercial project management.

Prior roles as a mechanical project lead.

Consistently stable CV in relevant technical roles.

Strong comprehension of the commercial intricacies in construction.
