Key Responsibilities

• • Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• • Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution.
• • Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction.
• • Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
• • Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability.
• • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors.
• • Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions.

What You Bring

• • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• • A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W.
• • Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects.
• • Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred).
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
