To have a deep understanding of equipment layout and continuous processes and using this knowledge to support the broader organization in achieving process performance improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Engineering or other related process knowledge (required); Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering (required); Electrical background and Project management (required)
Experience: 5 + years in technical role 5 + years Project Management required
Areas of Knowledge: Equipment layout, parts sourcing, equipment repairs, NFPA, NEC, loss prevention and OSHA.
Skills: Ability to train, organization, project layout and management, report writing, AutoCAD, project design & execution, substation design, troubleshooting, electrical design & load calculations.
Role Responsibilities
Projects completed on time and within budget.
Added productivity out of processes (quality pounds added), reduction in downtime and quality related costs.
Adherence to cost, schedule, performance of shutdowns and outages.
Good plans in place for all outages and good communication of those plans...
Capex program planned and executed with a focus on reducing unsecured critical spares.
Support of Superintendent and General Superintendents in performing shop needs.
