What will you be doing?

At Alewijnse, our projects go beyond electrical installations – they also include entertainment, navigation and communication systems, making them complex and technically diverse.

In this role, you'll lead an entire production team – including electricians, commissioners and work preparators – depending on your experience. As a coaching supervisor, you’ll ensure efficient work organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You’ll work closely with the project manager and technical project manager, forming a core leadership triangle at the heart of every project.

A glimpse of your tasks:

– Organize and distribute work efficiently within your team, based on project drawings and planning

– Set priorities and prepare clear reports to track progress

– Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers

– have a university degree in Electrical Engineering (additional technical or management training is a plus);

– are eager to keep learning and developing, no matter where you are in your career;

– know how to navigate between different stakeholders with ease.
