Electrical Package Manager – Commercial Project – Dublin City Centre
Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to join a large commercial development located on the south side of Dublin City Centre. This is a high-profile project delivering a large-scale mixed-use commercial build with significant M&E scope and long-term project continuity. The successful candidate will bring strong electrical coordination and package management experience on major construction projects, ideally within commercial or large-scale infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
• Manage the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
• Monitor installation works in line with project specifications and technical standards
• Chair and attend coordination meetings with design teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Review drawings, technical submissions and RFIs to ensure design compliance
• Oversee quality inspections, testing and commissioning activities on site
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management teams
• Ensure all electrical works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements
• Support commercial teams with package procurement, valuations and change management
Requirements
• Degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical supervision or package management roles
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, commissioning and technical coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full Irish driving licence
