Job Preferred Qualifications
The Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) – Electrical Systemsplays a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable products throughout the entire product lifecycle! This position provides engineering leadership for electrical, electronic, and electromechanical subsystems, ensuring seamless production support, successful product launches, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
In this role, we drive engineering change implementation, qualify new and replacement components, support new product introductions, and enhance manufacturing processes to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency. Success comes through close collaboration with Design Engineering, Materials, Suppliers, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to solve complex challenges, accelerate innovation, and deliver exceptional results for our customers!

Minimum Qualifications
