Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all electrical systems at the manufacturing facility to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Supervise the preventive maintenance and repair of electrical machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting technical issues and improving systems to enhance reliability.
• Develop and train team members to ensure they have the skills and capability to perform at the highest standards.
• Plan and manage electrical-related projects within the factory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and provide effective leadership.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
