Job Description

THE ROLEElectrical maintenance planning for operation area by preparing PM/AM work plans, coordinating spare parts and resources, following up execution, and supporting PLC/program improvement to sustain stable and reliable equipment performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintenance Planning & Work Order: Prepare weekly electrical maintenance plans for Making equipment, including PM, AM, breakdown follow-up, and shutdown work; review maintenance requests, create or update work orders, define work scope, required parts, target date, and follow up open or overdue jobs.PLC / Program Support & Improvement: Support troubleshooting, backup, minor logic adjustment, and improvement of PLC/HMI programs, including upgrading or adapting older PLC systems to work better with current equipment and control standards.Spare Parts, Cost Control & Maintenance Readiness: Check spare parts availability, usage, and lead time; support cost-effective maintenance by preparing the right parts, tools, and maintenance information, reducing urgent purchases, avoidable rework, and delay during execution.Execution Coordination & Maintenance Records: Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Utilities, Planning, and vendors to support safe and timely work execution; update work order history, PM checklists, electrical drawings, PLC program backups, manuals, and basic technical documents.Foundation, Safety, Quality & Problem Follow-up: Follow safety, quality, ISO, GMP, 5S, LOTO, CIL, inspection routines, and documentation discipline; support review of repeated electrical, PLC, and control-system issues using RCA, PDCA, and 6W2H logic to define follow-up actions and reduce repeat failures.QUALIFICATIONSTechnical certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field, with solid hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience; preferably 7–10+ years.Strong practical knowledge of electrical power and control systems for production equipment, including motors, power distribution, control panels, sensors, drives, instrumentation, PLC, HMI, electrical drawings, and machine documentation.PLC capability in troubleshooting, program backup, minor logic adjustment, basic improvement work, and adaptation of older PLC/control systems to current equipment or control standards.Understanding of PM, AM, work order process, spare-parts preparation, maintenance follow-up, and basic problem-solving logic such as RCA, PDCA, and 6W2H.Good ownership, follow-up discipline, and coordination with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Utilities, and vendors.
