MISSIONS :
1. SAP Data Management & Population
Manage asset registers and data templates specifically for electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
Populate the CMIMS database with high-quality electrical technical data to ensure robust engineering performance.
Define asset data management requirements and participate in the development of electrical maintenance guidelines and strategies.
Prepare, follow-up and update the entire process for “Notification – Work Order and Reporting”.
Support spare parts responsible for the material creation in CMIMS.
2. Electrical Methods & Reliability
Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective) to minimize downtime in the PDH-PP plant.
Conduct FMEA studies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on electrical failures to identify recurring issues and implement lasting solutions.
Perform the global maintenance plan, including protective relay testing, motor management, and on-condition monitoring
Prepare Maintenance Matrix Plan and Maintenance Work Instruction as part of the Global Maintenance Plan.
3. Engineering & Quality Compliance
Produce electrical maintenance deliverables according to project contracts and applicable engineering standards.
Proactively highlight any technical engineering deviations, non-conformance, or unacceptable risks to the O&M Package Maintenance Leader.
Establish and integrate the technical link between general specifications and spare parts deliverables into the SAP environment
Maintain permanent focus on improving maintenance process, updating drawings and P&ID.
4. Team Collaboration & Safety
Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other engineering teams to enhance overall productivity.
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Complete the comprehensive collection and population of all instrumentation and control loop data into the SAP CMIMS by the end of 2026.
Produce a global maintenance plan including calibration schedules, RCM-based procedures, and technical manuals for all instrumentation assets by early 2027.
Ensure the successful execution of database loading and full CMIMS implementation for the 2027–2033 operational phase.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, or related Engineering.
English B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Minimum of 3–7 years in maintenance services, with a proven track record in refining, petrochemicals, or PDH-PP processes.
Advanced proficiency in SAP/CMMS for asset management and data processing.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostic tools, and CMMS/SAP data management.
Excellent technical reporting and statistical data preparation skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving.
