Opportunity Overview: Long-term onsite contract for a Mechanical Instructor - remote - long term contract reporting to the Program Director.

Your Day-to-Day:
Classroom, lab, and plant environments training.
You will support deliverables including program maintenance, program design, program development, and administrative functions.
Incorporate industry and site Operating Experience (OE) in the training environment.
Perform critical evaluations of trainee performance, which may include pass/fail determinations for qualifications.
Participate in analysis of training processes, proposing efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, and implementing enhancements.
Design, develop, modify and review lesson plans to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Generate test questions for subject matter being presented.
You will provide feedback to line management based on instructor observations.
Who you are:
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Six years nuclear facility experience,
Four years in a trainer position; or,
A bachelor's degree relevant to the subject matter and 4 years of subject matter related experience.
Bachelor's degree in any field, two years instructor experience in a technical field or certification in vocational or adult education is preferred.
INPO instructor certification.
