Job Description

• Supervise and control maintenance work in the electrical departments.
• Have the ability to analyze and solve machinery problems.
• Have knowledge and understanding of maintenance systems, PM planning, and machinery installation planning.
• Maintenance Laser cut machines in Manufacturing.
• Responsibilities for coordinate with other team such as Vietnam team, about machine issue, how to fix and be able to remotely fix various problems.
• Have the ability to analyze and solve problems systematically and have leadership skills.
• Can lead the team and cooperate with colleagues to solve problems very well.
• Prepare spare parts for repairs and preventive maintenance according to the plan.
• Able to be on call in case of machine failure on holidays or outside working hours to standby 24 hrs. In case of need to go to the work site, must be able to come in to fix the problem at the work site or company.
• Able to complete tasks assigned by the company, such as KPI, project plan, etc., according to the plan and communicate progress and make reports to executives or supervisors to understand the situation well.
• Any other duties that may reasonably be requested by Management.

Qualification

• Male, age between 30 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering).
• 7-10 years of experience in Engineering maintenance & machine in manufacturing company.
• Expert with Electrical System, Preventive Maintenance Planning & Design.
• Have knowledge and be able to write PLC systems such as Siemens will be advantage.
• Have basic knowledge of PLC Siemens, motor drive, robots 
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
• Able to travel abroad for work occasionally (Vietnam).
• Do assigned tasks well, be diligent, honest, adaptable, work as a team, and be ready to fast learn new things.
