UGL is seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to lead lighting replacement programs and electrical maintenance activities across the University of Queensland's extensive St Lucia campus.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll coordinate electricians, manage daily work activities and deliver electrical upgrade projects across one of Brisbane's largest and most technically diverse facilities environments.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead campus-wide lighting replacement and upgrade programs
Coordinate electricians and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
Support electrical maintenance, repairs and minor works
Liaise with UQ stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in the field
About You
Current Electrical Workers Licence
Leading Hand, Supervisor or Senior Electrician experience
Experience delivering lighting upgrades or replacement projects
Strong fault-finding, maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and team leadership capability
