What You’ll Do:

• Install wiring, conduit, electrical systems, and equipment including motors, switches, outlets, panels, and lighting fixtures
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment such as voltmeters and multimeters
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components and systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations
• Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and diagnostic results
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers
• Mentor and support apprentice electricians as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Journeyperson or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to climb ladders and work in various physical positions, including standing, kneeling, stooping, and bending

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat as required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and work in various construction site environments
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with commercial electrical construction
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
