Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $35–$50/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

NexGen Air and Heat is seeking a skilled Electrical Installer to join our Anaheim team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in clean, safe, and precise installations. You’ll be working on residential electrical systems and supporting HVAC-related electrical work while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical panels, breakers, wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, and related components
• Perform electrical upgrades, replacements, and new installations
• Support HVAC-related electrical work when needed
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend effective solutions
• Follow work orders, installation instructions, and job requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to electrical codes, safety standards, and local regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Complete job documentation, notes, and photos as required

Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Required certifications/licenses for the role

Nice to Have:

• Residential electrical experience
• HVAC electrical experience
