The Division of Traffic Operations’ Electrical Inspections Unit seeks to hire two Supervisor of Electrical Installations and Maintenance Level 1 positions. . The candidates will supervise electrical installations for street lighting, signals, or capital construction projects; ensure contract compliance and billing accuracy and review related plans and specifications. Direct and follow up on the issuance of street lighting orders, enforcement compliance, and related inspections. The successful candidate will interface with outside city agencies. Experience which is primarily as an apprentice, helper or laborer is not acceptable towards meeting the qualification requirements.
