The Opportunity
In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across multiple CityFM partner locations. You will work to maintain high standards across your cluster, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your cluster will be based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
• Respond to reactive Electrical and HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues. Preventing critical breakdown issues.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call roster.

To be considered for this role:
• Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential
• Refrigerant handling license - essential
• Trade qualified – A-Grade Electrician.
• Cabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence – Preferred.
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management.
• Working with Children Check
