MANDYNAMIC is looking for an Electrical Foreman on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals to join the Thermal Power & HVDC division for the construction of a high-voltage substation based in Georgia.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the progress of electrical systems installation and identify any deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules.
• Ensure that electrical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and report progress to the Site Manager.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in energy/construction sector.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
