Bryant Electric is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing electrical crews on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive commercial electrical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage crews, coordinate with other trades, and drive project execution in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily field operations and assign tasks based on project priorities and manpower
• Ensure all electrical work is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job drawings to direct installation activities
• Plan and organize work including conduit routing, wire pulls, panel installations, and device layout
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized
• Monitor job progress and ensure weekly production goals and schedules are met
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture on all job sites
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet company and industry standards
• Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices on the team
• Maintain jobsite organization, documentation, and communication with management

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior experience in a Foreman or leadership role required
• National Electrical Code “NEC” Knowledge
• Crew management of at least 5 individuals
• Material management and looking ahead
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Experience with conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC), wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple field activities simultaneously
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and inspection processes.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in active construction environments
• Ability to climb ladders and work from lifts at elevated heights
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
