The Electrical Foreman supports the Superintendent by providing leadership and overseeing a range of responsibilities, including scheduling, planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting with cost control, and ensuring safety. This role also upholds the consistent and fair application of all OBR policies and procedures, as well as the proper training and productivity of crews performing electrical work on cooling tower systems. The Electrical Foreman works closely with the Superintendent to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with OBR quality standards.
In this role, the Electrical Foreman leads teams of electricians and electrical technicians, ensuring that all tasks assigned by the Superintendent are executed correctly and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
