The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Must ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Electrical foreman must provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, coordinating tasks and schedules to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with electrical codes and standards. Communicates effectively with Project Managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns. The team maintains responsibility for general administrative support, human resources, network and communication systems, physical facilities, marketing, legal, and financial support functions. The shared services team is involved in identifying and planning for the changing needs of the organization, shares responsibility with the appropriate senior managers for strategic planning, and contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization.
