The Electrical Foreman will oversee daily field operations on commercial electrical projects, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites
Coordinate daily work activities and assignments
Ensure work is completed according to plans and codes
Enforce safety policies and job site compliance
Communicate progress and issues with project leadership
Requirements
Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial electrical projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Willingness to travel as required
