
As a Electrical Facility Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical systems within a high-availability data centre environment. You will lead shift operations, supervise contractors, manage incidents, and ensure all maintenance activities meet strict operational, safety, and compliance standards.

Ensure safe operation and maintenance of critical electrical and facility systems
Oversee planned preventive maintenance and reactive works
Review and validate contractor reports and technical documentation
Take ownership of incidents and lead resolution efforts
Act as Incident Manager when required, including reporting to stakeholders
Escalate technical or operational risks appropriately
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and internal policies
Conduct audits and report non-compliance
Support ISO standards and regulatory compliance initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
Represent the company during client interactions and site visits
Must-Have Requirements
Experience in 24/7 critical environments (Data centres, telecoms, power, industrial, etc.)
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cooling, fire systems, and power infrastructure
Background as a Technician, Supervisor, or Shift Lead
Experience managing contractors and external vendors
Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance workflows
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience with ISO standards .
Previous data centre experience
Experience in incident management and escalation processes
