Gas Processing / LNG / Midstream

An international energy operation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee electrical engineering activities across gas processing and midstream operations. This role supports commissioning, startup, reliability, maintenance, and long-term operational performance across complex gas processing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead electrical engineering operations across gas processing facilities.
• Support EPC, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support troubleshooting and operational optimization.
• Oversee systems including LNG compression, cryogenic systems, fractionation, refrigeration, gas compression, power generation/distribution, fire and gas systems, and emergency shutdown systems.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance leadership.
• Support procurement, budgeting, maintenance planning, and spare-parts readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong gas processing or midstream experience required.
• LNG, cryogenic, gas conditioning, or fractionation experience strongly preferred.
• Prior commissioning/startup experience preferred.
• Prior remote or international operational experience preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates from Nigeria, Ghana, or broader West Africa.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Highly remote rotational assignment.
