About this role
This position is for a Co-Op on the Design Assurance Team. The Design Assurance Team’s charter is to test and validate new products and changes to existing products, specifically aimed at validating hardware and firmware. The individual will assist Senior Design Assurance Engineers with testing Sensitech New Project Initiatives.
Under the guidance of the Design Assurance Team lead, this individual will execute Test Plans and test cases to validate hardware and firmware functionality. This position will run from January to mid August 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the Redmine Design Assurance Process
Partner with Senior Design Assurance engineer to assist with all aspects of Design Assurance Testing
Execute assigned Test Cases
Report Test Case status
Work with Hardware Engineering design members to understand device requirements and report bugs
Required Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3.0 or higher GPA
Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Relocation is not provided for Northeastern University Students
