Job Description

The Associate Engineer is responsible for completing basic level engineering assignments related to manufacturing or packaging operations. Assists in the development of standards and procedures. Assignments have clear and specific objectives requiring investigation of a limited number of variables. Contributes to design of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, processes, facilities, and machinery. Applies and interprets standard engineering theory, concepts, and techniques. Complies with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.

Performing and documenting the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all production equipment listed below.

• Fluid bed equipment-combo (ACG and Anish)
• High shear mixer granulator
• Vibrosifter, Multimill, Comminuting mill, Oscillating granulator, Steam jacketed kettle, Tray drier, Double cone blender
• Automatic tablet compression machine (Sejong, Fette and Korsch),Metal detector and De-duster(Technofour)
• Automatic tablet coating machine (PAM and Gansons)
• Automatic capsule filling machine and line machines(AF-90T-ACG & Planeta 200-MG2)
• Automatic capsule checkweigher (Accura 100, Accura 40 &Bosch-KKE-2500)
• Automatic tablet inspection machine (Proditec)
• Bottle packing line (CVC), Monoblock tablet/capsule counting and filling line, Blister packing machine(BQS), Pouch packing machine-Mespack
• Checkweigher-Mettler Toledo, A&D, Pouch metal detector, Cartonator -IC150
• Serialization equipment-Optel
