a)勤務形態
・週休2日制、8:30-17:00勤務（土日祝休み、フレックス制度あり）、2026年の年間休日：127日
b)学歴/資格：
・高卒以上
・第2種電気工事士の免許保持者
・低圧電気取扱業務特別教育受講者
c) 経験：
・化学工場を始めとする製造業およびエンジニアリング会社での設計やメンテナンス業務を３年程度
経験した方 （機械加工ではなく原材料を扱うような工場、化学でなければ医薬、製紙、繊維など）
・PLCやプロセスコンピューター(DCSなど)を用いた制御設計の経験がある方
d) 必須要件
・積極的に社内外の方とのコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方
・新しいことにチャレンジする意欲を持った方
e)歓迎する要件
・第３種電気主任技術者、工場設備へのIoT導入経験、英語読解能力
2．業務内容
a) 既存設備の保全業務
・小名浜工場の電気計装設備の保全業務（設備更新を含む）
・電気計装設備の保全計画の作成、予算立案および実行管理
・保全工事の発注申請、施工管理、安全管理
・予備品管理およびメンテナンス履歴の記録
・保全費の予算管理と実行予算見直しの提言
b) 設備の導入、既存設備改善の設計、施工管理業務
（詳細設計から設備導入までは外部施工業者にて実施する）
・小名浜工場の設備導入、既存設備の改造・改善工事業務
・見積仕様書作成、外部施工業者との仕様協議、発注申請、施工管理、安全管理
・試運転の実施及び社内オペレーター教育
・設備導入、既存設備改造計画の作成、予算立案
c) その他
・改善活動（改善プロジェクトへの参画など）
・休日呼出し当番対応（別途手当支給）
・工場は24時間連続稼動、工場停止は年6回（3､6,11月に各5日間程度、年末年始、GW、お盆）。
主に3,6,11月の工場停止時に工事を実施
・休日呼出し当番制度あり（呼出待機手当、緊急出勤手当、振替休日取得可）
