Join our team to drive the implementation of the latest internal and external standards in our Dry Transformers across all the factories in HUB Europe. This role offers you an exciting opportunity to broaden your expertise across various disciplines and functions, engage in dynamic projects and build a strong professional network both within and outside our organization.


How you’ll make an impact

  • Be an active member of International Standards Committees, staying up to date with emerging changes and requirements and influencing standards development

  • Support Product Management in developing and implementing our Global Technology Platform by engaging in requirements definition and supporting the rollout phases

  • Work with teams from various functions, including Engineering, Operations and Quality. You will establish and maintain both internal and external networks to facilitate information exchange

  • Oversee operations across multiple factories and work towards operational harmonization

  • Ensure the effective implementation of both internal and external standards within our Power Transformers Units in Europe by conducting audits, identifying gaps and facilitating their resolution

  • Responsible for communicating updates, deliver training sessions and provide support and technical guidance to colleagues on Standards Compliance related questions

  • Represent our Company in standards-related discussions with customers and industry stakeholders


Your background

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical are preferred)

  • About 10 to 15 years of experience in the Power Transformer field

  • Experience in Project Management and managing functional teams

  • Deep knowledge of transformers design, manufacturing, testing and operations

  • Interest in AI tools and their potential integration into one's work

  • L6S green belt is preferred

  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity and ability to develop and maintain healthy working relationships

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken
