Job Description

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Residential Projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and oversight of electrical systems in residential buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of residential electrical standards, design practices, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical plans for residential projects, including lighting, power distribution, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and national electrical standards.
• Conduct site assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and other engineers to create efficient electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction phase.
• Prepare documentation including specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Review project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
