We are looking for a motivated R&D Electrical Engineer at our Hackettstown, NJ location with a flexible hybrid schedule, who is excited about power electronics, digital control, and turning innovative concepts into working hardware on our Research & Development Team.
This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where you will contribute to the development of advanced switch-mode power supplies, digital control systems, and high-performance power conversion technologies. You’ll work across simulation, circuit design, embedded firmware, prototyping, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting while collaborating with experienced engineers on challenging real-world applications.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 – $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant considerations.
