Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer Manager to lead the design and development of advanced electronic controls for a space-grade defense program In this role, you’ll take full technical ownership of a high visibility project, guide a team of Electrical Engineers, and ensure smooth coordination across all contributing engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end technical execution of a major electronic development effort
• Mentor and develop a team of talented Electrical Engineers
• Oversee design, analysis, prototyping, integration, and test of space qualified electronics
• Ensure hardware integrity through comprehensive verification and qualification
• Own engineering schedules, resource planning, and milestone execution
• Coordinate closely with Cognizant Engineers, systems engineering, and cross functional partners
• Manage project budgets and performance (EVMS/CAM), seeking efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities
• Drive engineering process improvements that improve quality, speed, and robustness
• Support customer engagements, technical presentations, and major design reviews
