The Role

As an Electrical Engineer Level I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • Expertise in HV/LV system design by supporting equipment sizing, grounding/earthing, lightning protection, and protection & control philosophies, ensuring designs are technically sound and aligned with project requirements under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Prepare and develop technical deliverables including detailed specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), GA/layouts, cable routing plans, and engineering documents for electrical equipment such as PDCs, switchgears, transformers, MCCs, UPS, and drives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Assist in vendor evaluations and document reviews, analyzing technical submissions and ensuring that procured equipment meets quality, performance, and compliance expectations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices, supporting standardization and digitization efforts, and applying lessons learned to enhance engineering quality, efficiency, and project delivery.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • The Electrical Engineer Level II will be having 5-10 years of experience in design & engineering of Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical and new energy projects.
