  • Analog circuit design: Design, simulate, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits including signal conditioning, power management, sensor interfaces, and precision measurement front-ends.
  • Embedded systems: Architect and develop embedded systems, including microcontroller/microprocessor-based designs, firmware interfaces, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
  • DFx: Apply Design for Excellence (DFx) principles — Design for Manufacturability, Testability, Reliability, and Cost — throughout the design process.
  • PCB (prototype to HVM): Own multilayer PCB design and bring-up from schematic capture and layout review through prototype validation and transition to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Documentation & analysis: Create and review schematics, BOMs, and design documentation; perform design reviews, tolerance/worst-case analysis, and root-cause failure analysis.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and test engineering to ensure smooth NPI ramp and sustained production quality.

  • Solid working knowledge of DFx methodologies (DFM, DFT, DFR, DFC).
  • Proven experience taking PCB designs from prototype through high-volume manufacturing, including multilayer layout, signal/power integrity, and design-for-manufacturing considerations.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Altium, or equivalent) and lab instrumentation for bring-up and debug.
  • Hands-on experience with analog mixed-signal (AMS) circuit development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision, PCB & BOM & PCBA management, bench evaluation, failure analysis, correlation, and characterization
  • Cross functional team collaboration with respect to system electrical, mechanical, run-time SW and driver.
  • Solid knowledge of IPC and extensive experience on DFM, DFA, DFT, DVT, EVT, pre-compliance, compliance, reliability.
