As an Electrical Engineer II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll be part of a collaborative team developing advanced instrumentation that helps make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll work on projects ranging from laboratory equipment to analytical instruments, collaborating with R&D teams to design and optimize electrical and electronic systems. Your role will involve hands-on work with circuit design, prototyping, testing, and documentation while receiving mentorship to grow your technical expertise. This position offers excellent opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects while developing your engineering skills in a supportive environment.
This is a fully onsite role based at our Tewksbury, MA.
The R&D group at the Tewksbury site is responsible for the design and maintenance of Thermo Fisher's lineup of hand-held, chemical identification analyzers (Raman and IR spectrometers) and elemental analyzers (XRF spectrometers). This position is a critical resource in the new product development and sustaining activities requiring extensive experience in circuit and PCB design, both digital and analog.
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $75,900.00–$88,000.00.
