We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical projects related to CAPEX reduction in our Aluminium Smelter Brownfield area.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in contract and project management. You should have experience supervising electrical construction, upgrades, and equipment replacements in Reduction Potlines and cranes. Knowledge of EGA safety procedures and the Aluminium Smelter Brownfield area is highly preferred.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will lead a team and ensure safety and quality coordination with contractors. You will also conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for CAPEX reduction projects, and develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the electrical systems. Therefore, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems, and manage project budgets and timelines.
