Job Posting: Electrical Engineer - Electrical Test

Company Information: At Radiation Test Solutions, we provide radiation effects testing on electronics in support of large and small aerospace companies and device manufacturers. We are a smaller, rapidly growing company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team as an individual contributor responsible for testing the radiation tolerance and system survivability of electronic components and systems in natural and/or man-made radiation environments, including terrestrial, airborne, and space applications. As a member of our highly qualified team, expertise in every area is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electrical test setups suitable for performing various radiation effects testing.
• Evaluate and analyze electrical test results for validity and statistical significance.
• Document radiation-induced effects on electronic parts and other materials (test plan/report).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• Understanding of electronic components - what they do and how they work.
• Ability to design circuits.
• Ability to test to a data sheet.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is ideal but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; degrees in Engineering/Physics with relevant experience will be considered.
• 2 years of related experience required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Analog design experience required.
