Job Description

CIMCO is looking to hire a Electrical Engineer Co-op student on a 16 month term starting May 2026. This position will be based out of our Burlington office.

Role Responsibilities

• Activities (depending on what jobs are in house) will include:
  • Creating Bill of Materials on computer
  • Editing AutoCAD drawings
  • Preparing manuals
  • Some filing, photocopying and other duties assigned by the manager

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Working towards their bachelors of electrical engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical is preferred
• Basic electrical & electronics knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
