As an electrical & electronics associate service engineer, you will collaborate with dealers, product groups and facilities, to enhance the electrical & electronics products to meet reliability and durability targets, provide technical support for engineering teams and factory quality teams on NPI and CPI projects.
Job Duties
Quality:
Align with 0 defects culture, continually track quality metrics in QRQM and take actions to drive improvements.
--Track and communicate 2 & 12 MIS DPU metrics for pre-defined machine population on a monthly basis.
-- Additive events review for defects in 2MIS and 12MIS on a weekly basis.
-- Determining failed part return, involve in part test and drive analysis result.
Factory & Field Support:
Work closely with dealers, engineering team, product group & factory quality team to address quality concerns regarding E&E products.
--Support factory E&E system quality issue trouble shooting and develop emergent correction solutions.
-- Support field test activities, work with dealers to validate new/improved designs at customer sites. Work with engineering to determine field test acceptance criteria and monitor test iron.
-- Support engineering team on field machine data capture to support quality issue analysis, familiar with data capture tools, such as PICO, SC2, Canape, ET, etc.
Quality Automation Tool Development:
Monitor and lead quality related automation tool or AI agent development to improve issue analysis or quality prediction method.
-- Existing Quality reporting dashboard maintenance and update.
-- New Power BI dashboard development & task-based AI agent development.
-- Support machine electrical system field failures data analysis method and technology research.
