The Electrical Engineer plays a vital role in supporting the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of the power distribution system to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electricity to customers. He/she contributes to engineering studies, project implementation, system improvement, customer servicing, and operational support across various engineering units. The role is designed for both entry-level and early-career engineers. New hires will undergo a structured training program covering network planning, distribution line and substation operations, power quality, customer servicing, engineering support processes, and other engineering functions within the Distribution Utility.

• Power System Operations & Support
• Customer and Network Engineering Support
• Planning & System Analysis
• Project Execution & Coordination
• Quality, Safety & Compliance

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Is a Technical Expert: Can perform complex power system fault calculations and protection designs with high proficiency.
• Is Detail-Oriented: Can accurately prepare technical reports and compliance documentation for the DOE and ERC.
• Is Customer-Centric: Provides professional feedback and advice to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Is Adaptable: Readily assumes urgent tasks and participates in rotational exposure across various utility departments.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the field.
• A Registered Electrical Engineer is required.
• Preferably with a professional driver's license (at least A, B, and B2).

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Strong skills in Power System Protection, Modeling, and Simulation.
• Knowledge of Substation Equipment Maintenance and Testing.
