Connectalents, a leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is hiring an
Electrical Engineer
to join a dynamic real estate development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, translating architectural vision into reality through precise shop drawings, hands-on site execution, and close collaboration with contractors and design teams.

Job Role:

• 
  Review electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• 
  Supervise the installation of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.
• 
  Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• 
  Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.
• 
  Follow up on material submittals, shop drawings, and technical approvals.
• 
  Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and quality reports.
• 
  Support testing and commissioning activities before project handover.
• 
  Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site clashes and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 
  2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
• 
  Solid knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.
• 
  Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• 
  Familiarity with construction codes and quality standards.
• 
  Good command of English.
• 
  Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
