Job Identification

What We Expect

• Ensure reliable and safe operation, maintenance, and timely repair of electrical equipment and power systems
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules, including diesel generators, and oversee their execution
• Maintain uninterrupted power supply and optimize energy consumption across the enterprise
• Develop and implement power generation, consumption plans, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Prepare technical specifications and procurement requests for electrical equipment, materials, and spare parts
• Participate in modernization, реконструкция, and automation projects for electrical systems and infrastructure
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and power networks
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe operation practices for all electrical systems
• Lead and supervise electrical team operations, including shift personnel and contractor coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international manufacturing industries
• Hands-on experience in electronics, automation systems, and commissioning
• Proven experience in plant construction and start-up projects from scratch
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, production lines, and industrial software
• English — Advanced level
