  • Work within confined spaces, at height, or independently where required, following safe systems of work

Who we’re looking for:

Essential

  • Recognised electrical qualification – e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-paced industrial environment.

  • Competent in developing or updating SOPs, Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and training/learning documents.

  • Experience using plant optimisation tools such as PDCA, performance analysis, and 5 Whys methodology.

  • Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, including isolation procedures and permit-to-work systems.
