Job Description

Learn and apply practical engineering principles, build technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, and explore innovative methods while working collaboratively with a team. This role is responsible for the design and release of electrical products and subsystem solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
  • Responsible for electrical design, verification, and integration test activities
  • Deliver related design and verification documents according to QMS requirements
  • Not limited in electrical area as lead engineer, Involved into the whole product concept design, solution design and product integration activities
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in Product line
  • Ensuring reliability, performance, and delivery through supplier relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Skilled in complex digital and analog circuits design, board level architecture from concept
  • Deep understanding of high reliability design principles and methodology
  • Experience with hardware debug and verification methodology
  • BS (MS preferred) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years’ engineering experience in Digital HW and Analog HW design

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience of robotics design, auto-drive, drone design, sensor technologies, artificial intelligence applications is a plus
  • Experience of working in global team and familiar with manufacturing process
  • Demonstrated technical leadership capability in integration activities, excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
  • Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task,
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English
