A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to help them design and execute electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects at their Charlotte, NC office.
Your Day Includes:
Designing high-voltage systems to deliver power for HVAC systems.
Resolving issues related to electrical systems during construction
Evaluate system options, determining specifications, and preparing drawings.
Performing final inspections and checking contractors' work for adherence to codes
Developing rough order of magnitude estimates for projects
Must Haves:
BS in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Up to 50% travel required
