1. 负责工厂自动化项目的推行，根据产品的制造工艺流程识别自动化的机会，提出自动化的解决方案以及联系供应商一起设计开发新的非标自动化设备，并组织现场的实施（安装、调试、培训）；
2.负责新项目中自动化系统解决方案的电气控制及软件的开发与实施；
3.根据生产及工艺需求，对现有生产设备或系统进行升级改造，以提升生产效率和降低成本；
4.维护现场设备运行，并对相关的PLC软件进行升级维护；
5. 在公司内提供相关电气自动化及软件编程方面的指导,培训；
6. 经常了解、学习，掌握有关新知识新技术，并在工厂内推行；
7. 上司安排的非常规性工作。
