We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer for a short-term project in Ras Laffan The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in cable termination, substation works, and panel installation within the oil and gas sector
Supervise and execute electrical installation, testing, and commissioning at site.
Perform cable termination for LV/MV systems and ensure proper routing and connection.
Oversee substation works, including switchgear, transformer, and control panel installation.
Handle panel wiring and assembly in accordance with design and safety standards.
Interpret and review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.
Ensure all electrical works comply with Qatar Energy, Kahramaa, and company safety standards.
Prepare inspection requests, test reports, and as-built documentation.
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (construction or maintenance).
Proven experience in Cable Termination, Substations, and Panel Installation
Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, cable testing, and grounding.
Familiarity with Qatar Energy and Kahramaa standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
